Afghan Kitchen is a eatery offering traditional Afghan food through a small menu of dishes. The food is simple but delicious, and it has a great home-made feel to it. There are four vegetarian dishes to choose from, such as the aubergines with yoghurt and the lentil dal. You have a choice of rice or bread to have alongside your meal. This spot is great to come to with a group of friends, as you can all order a different dish and share together. Don’t expect to spend too long here though; food is served fast and people tend not to stick around for too long afterwards. A good choice for a meal before a cinema or theatre date. Do note that you can only pay with cash here and that once a dish is done for the day, it’s not coming back!
