We have been following Ella's inspiring journey since 2011. Her blog became an app phenomenon, followed by multiple cookbooks that have now been published in 16 languages around the world, and finally her deli opened in 2015. Meaning if we don't have time to cook at home, we are there tasting or buying her plant-based food that's nourishing, fresh and as good as home cooking. We love the variety from hot and cold lunch options and the baked treats such as banana bread and carrot cake are great for when we want to grab a sweet snack on the go. Thank you Ella for all of your veggie and vegan-friendly deliciousness!
