Frenchie Covent Garden is the latest venture by Greg Marchand, a French chef who once worked with Jamie Oliver. Situated on Henrietta Street, Frenchie Covent Garden is the fifth addition to the Frenchie family and the first one outside of Paris.
The place is definitely a ‘modern French brasserie’. There is the same elegant Parisian spirit, both refined and relaxed. It has the same Frenchie restaurants’ DNA and the same vision, but with an expression of Frenchie cuisine that is resolutely London, more modern, more alive.
They offer both vegetarian and vegan menus (comes 5-course tasting or as a la carte), and the team is very knowledgeable about dietary requirements. A 5-course vegetarian menu is inspired by the day’s freshest, most exciting seasonal produce. The signature plant-based dishes are Keen's Cheddar Agnolotti, Heirloom Tomatoes, Tomato Consommé & Basil. Frenchie Covent Garden keeps an open mind on wines from the whole world so the selection reflects the cuisine's international inspiration.
Frenchie tries to keep waste as minimal as possible at all of their restaurants, using the most of each ingredient they use. They also work with Carbon Free Dining initiative and support their charity work.
Fine Dining, Trendy, Romantic
The vegetarian options are delicious. If you are wine lovers like us, come for the food and experience the wines from their wine cellar.
