This bakery chain from Brussels has been hugely successful, offering a safe choice in a busy day with their fresh and wholesome food. Breads are egg-free, and breakfasts include a gf porridge (vegan option available) and a vegan detox box. Salads are plentiful and nutritious. Lentil salad with fennel, chickpeas and carrots is a fave. Portions are big, appetisingly attractive and certainly won’t break the bank. LPQ takes seriously their aim to offer healthy, organic, seasonal food to everyone.
Best for casual and deliciously healthy breakfasts and lunch. The real draw are the wonderful soups (usually gluten free and veggie). Go solo, with friends, or with colleagues, perhaps enjoy an organic Belgian beer, and save room one or even both of the vegan dessert options! We should all support LPQ’s concern for the environment, and their pledge to become globally carbon neutral by 2020.
