What does Rola Wala mean? The Man that Rolls, in Hindu. It's quite appropriate for the place because the idea is that you wait on the line, when it's your turn you either pick your roll or your bowl, then comes the ingredients to fill in it and once you are at the end of the queue you are ready to pick up your food & go eat it. It's quite convenient for busy days at work. Our pick of the day was kala chana (black chickpea) roll inside a sourdough naan. It's tasty, makes us wonder about their new Rebel Spice Bowl, made with gluten-free black bean noodle, roasted broccoli.
