This is a petit chain of petit cafés with a focus on nutritional eating. Apparently the target is health-conscious men, but there’s something for everyone wanting to treat their body to the good stuff. The vibe is quite hipster for the swanky West London locations (although naming a sandwich option ‘Gansta Wrap’ may have blown their cover). A generous selection of ways to get your daily goodness; the usual contemporary breakfast and lunch options, and a clear understanding of dietary variances.
Good for brekkie or lunch if you’re a local or passing through, verging on pricey for what’s on offer. The Good Life Eatery is not demanding to be on your 2018 must-do list so the no reservations policy isn’t an issue.
