There’s a lot going for Tom’s collection of Kitchens – first and foremost, the team believe in healthy nourishing food to fuel and enrich the body inside and out. Seasonal and locally sourced ingredients are used wherever possible, and there is a commitment to working with British suppliers and farmers, and developing fledgling chefs. They have recently increased the number of vegetarian options hoping to encourage people to consider meat-free options. More please!
