What a treat when a great neighbourhood go-to starts popping up all over town, while managing to keep its identity. Each of Tonkotsu’s locations guarantee happy, homely, Japanese noodles and dumplings. Vegetarians and vegans will find a little something delicious on the menu. We recommend starting your meal with shiitake and bamboo gyozo & pickles. As a main course, curried pumpkin & spiced corn ramen is a good vegan choice. The only downer is the choices for our requirements are minimal.
