Shops We Love: Hetu

Zero waste is not a new movement but definitely gaining traction every day. We are following, wholeheartedly, and learning from experience. We find it surprisingly easy to adopt and help fight climate change with one of the most powerful tools at our disposal; our buying power. First step is easy to take visit your local zero waste shop. Yes. indeed, these shops are popping up everywhere!

Hetu, one in South London, opened in 2017 when its owner, Laura, moved to London after several years in Australia where living with less waste is relatively easy as organic food, farmers markets and package free stores are common. The shop in Clapham offers food as close to its original form as possible​ - plant based, unprocessed and unrefined and easily reachable from Chelsea and Battersea.
