Last month, VeggieOption attended an interactive dining experience by the Herb Kitchen combining the story of the producers and farmers behind products and celebrating best ingredients by using elemental cooking.
For the second chapter of their series called Stories, a small group of guests were invited to the Nama Yasai farm in Lewes. Menu was created by Silo, a zero-waste restaurant in Brighton that has been featured many times by VeggieOption.
The Herb Kitchen is a private catering company offering boutique service with that extra little sparkle. From working in Michelin starred restaurants, luxury hotels, to private cooking for Royalty, they have over 15 years of experience in the industry.
